Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@uathreads.ca. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your desired product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
